DELIVERY

IRE - Free over €150, €6 under €100

Europe - Free over €200, €12 under €100

*Please note that at the moment all deliveries to Ukraine and Russia are suspended, therefore all orders coming from those countries will be cancelled and refunded

Rest of World - Free over €300, €25 under €100

Please allow 5-7 days for delivery (within Ireland) and 5-8 days for Europe and the rest of the world.  

BREXIT INFORMATION FOR UK ORDERS

At DACOIT Studio we are working hard to make sure your orders aren’t impacted by Brexit. Any Duties & VAT based on your location are pre-paid by DACOIT for import to your country. Items will be shipped directly to you without you needing to contact customs and release your order. You will not have to pay anything extra upon arrival of your DACOIT pieces.

SALES TAXES AND DUTIES

For orders being shipped outside of the European Union (EU) and United Kingdom (UK), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are imposed once the package reaches the specified delivery country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you (the customer) and DACOIT are unable to advise what they may be, please contact your local customs office for more information.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your order DACOIT will be happy to offer an exchange or refund on any unworn, unwashed merchandise, with all labels intact and not removed, within 14 days of delivery. Archive Sale items are non-refundable. All refunds will be credited to your original payment method once the goods have been received and checked. 

We recommend that you retain proof of postage or use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us. DACOIT cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged on return postage.
